With over 15 years of experience in the fields of psychology and counseling, I have developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and I am a certified Life Coach.

Our approach is centered around helping our clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.

Hope, Faith & Purpose (Spes, Fidei et Consilii) is a heart-forward, grassroots nonprofit uplifting justice-impacted individuals and unhoused neighbors. We believe that dignity, empathy, and accountability form the wings of transformation. Through mentorship, outreach, and transitional housing, we walk with those seeking a fresh start.
